1.Crucette
Le crucette sono composte da 4 fichi secchi a formare una croce. I fichi vengono aperti in due, passati nello zucchero e cannella. Vengono poi riempiti con noci o mandorle.
2.Jette
Le Jette sono fichi secchi infornati e vengono impilati su uno stecco di legno.
3. Fichi secchi
I fichi secchi (infornati) vengono anche messi nei vasetti riempiti di:
- mosto cotto
- sciroppo di rhum
- sciroppo di grappa.
